degas3011 I am not sure why your feed back was so rude - could you explain why you fell it's my fault (the seller) that a item is to big! I described it to a T - showed the tags - I have no control over the fit of an item big or small - your rating is not fair!

We were preparing to ship out your order today but after rechecking inventory we are out of stock on the scarf you ordered, we are very sorry. As an alternative option if you would like we can ship you our poncho we have in the same color/ quality. The poncho is listed on our page. If you want we will ship it out in place of the blanket scarf. As soon as we hear back we will ship within 24hours or less.

dahliadressed Hi Jane. Touching base regarding the 2-star rating with "other" designated as my area for improvement just received from you. I went back to the listing to see if I had inadvertently overlooked anything in my description, measurements, pictures, or shipping time. Item was described, photographed and measured accurately, shipped same day, wrapped in plastic with a handwritten thank-you card and placed a crisp, new usps shipping box. What was the "other" that warrants a 2-star rating?

vettgarcia83 @mandy_rn Don't even stress, she's a bottom feeder here in Poshmark. I sold her a brand new cardigan that was described perfectly as being "open", as in having no zipper. She rated it 3 stars & said "no zipper on front". I emailed Poshmark & basically nothing can be done. She low-balled me & haggled back & forth until I gave in. I did her a favor & she still did this. She's a true jerk.
