dandiie213 Hi, I just seen your rating on the adidas sneakers! I usually check all labels inside sneakers before I list. Does it not say size 8.5 inside the shoe?? I don’t understand why you accepted if you were unhappy, I would’ve been very happy setting up a return through posh. I would like to clear this up for it is not my style to be misleading or sell unwanted stuff.

janelalonde I did not accept it. The posh system automatically accepts it on behalf of the buyer if you do not respond in 72 hrs. (I did not know this, and I did not check the size until since It says 8-- but it is men's and the other sizes are mens' on it and the box has a double label on it. I checked the UPC and the size thing. I did try to find your email- I am more than happy to sort this out with you. And send photos of label

janelalonde Dandiie, can you please advise how we should handle this? I can send it back and you can Apple pay me or let me know what is best. I have not worn them, removed any tags, and they are ready to ship back. I am an avid runner and need a womens size 8.5 not a mens. Please advise by end of day. I run a marketing and branding firm, am a mom and wife and am very reasonable. I was just very disappointed and need to resolve this. I will update the review once we do.

dandiie213 So obviously you’re new to posh I cannot receive a message that you post in your listing I’ve never received this message ever. You have to comment or reply and tag my name you’ve never done that so therefore I never seen this message. You never once commented where I can see that you were actually trying to contact me and if you set up a return with Posh they would’ve contacted me so you are lying.

janelalonde I am glad you are doing well on Poshmark. I am a new buyer. I am just learning the rules. I have tried to set up a return but they said I had to do this within 3 days. I am really mad that you sent these and will not deal with return directly. I am glad you are successful but this is not fair --I am out $79 for men's shoes that you sent. I have no way to return them, do not know how to reach you and for the record, I am 55, highly educated and take offense to the name-calling. (crazy nobody).

janelalonde PS: Your name calling shows your lack of character. I am leaving poshmark because of you ugliness is dealing with this situation. Of course you can set up a return directly. I have 9 purchases I made and was a perfect buyer and gave people all great ratings--until you. With your fake box, fake product, size 10 mens shoes when I bought a size 8.5. womens. If you don't know what you are selling you should find something else to do...DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN.
