thgoodstuff @aperfectbuy Hi there! When I first started on Poshmark, you were one of the nice people who took the time to welcome me! You offered your assistance if I had questions. I recently had a sale which is questionable. There's been no communication with the buyer, and after almost three days after delivery, (via postal tracking) it is still pending acceptance. I did send a message to Posh Support, but got one back saying their mailbox is full. any suggestions? Thank you!!

thgoodstuff @santynea Hi! We messages back in forth about a Posh problem Im having. I have just one more question, and then I promise to leave you alone! I purchased an item which I still.havent recieved. The seller promised to send it 2 days ago. She still hasn't sent. I really love the item, and am prepared to be patient, but I began to.think, can she somehow retrieve the funds without sending me the item? After all, it's been more than 5 days since she accepted my offer. Again, thank you!! 💗

santynea @thgoodstuff hello ! Poshmark support is sending emails to the sellers to remind them to ship , if she hasn’t ship your item on the 7th day you too should receive an email to give you the option to cancel . The seller will not be paid if they don’t ship . At this point my advise is just cancel , they’re plenty of more serious posher there and I’m sure you’ll be able to find what you were looking for . I hope your issue will find a resolution .

thgoodstuff @santynea Hi there! Thanks for getting back to me. I was panicky yesterday because I it looks like II have a purchase on my account of boots, and yet the person hasn't shipped. I think she is even out of town, so I hope she gets the reminder PM sent her. they also did send me the update yesterday. I'm going to hang in a few days, then I'll cancel. I did really love the boots! Again, thank you! 💗

Poshmark did send me a text saying my seller did anwser their email.reminder about shopping my order to me, saying they would mail.it soon. it's been 6 days since seller accepted my offer. Am I correct in understanding that I cannot cancel my sale u til.the 7th day,? I've waited so long that I found an item I like better. Thank you!

thgoodstuff @santynea Hi! Well, umfortunatly the drop box in my order said I may cancel after the 29th! The order was placed on the 21rst. So it seems I could cancel on the 28th. Co-incidentally my long, lost seller, just sent me a message after not hearing from her for several days, she apologized but she couldn't mail my purchase as she was asked to go out of town to a Concert!! lol..She promises to send it tomorrow morning! I guess I'm stuck! Thanks for your advice. it's been a learning experience!! 😁
