So sorry you’re not happy with the sweater. I haven’t worn it and it’s just been in a plastic bag in my closet stored. You can return it -absolutely with no questions ask if you’re not happy—It’s over $200 brand new and a very fine sweater you can certainly send it back to me and I will refund your money no problems at all just contact-Poshmark and tell them you want to send it back and I will graciously accept it

Yes please do send a sweater back Jane and get your money back if you’re not happy with it I have no problems at all. I will gladly refund your money just let Poshmark know and they will return it to you tell them it’s OK with me you did not need to accept it if you were not happy with it-The sweater is in perfect condition because I have never even worn it I live in Southern California and I just kept it in the drawer.

I really am truly sorry that you’re not happy and I wish you had said something about it sooner I would gladly have taken the sweater back so I would prefer that you send it back rather than give such a poor rating that affects my ability to sell for the long term and I’m sure you understood

Yes I have let Poshmark know but you need to initiate it if you would like to return it. Or you could return it to me and I will give you your money back directly but please let Poshmark know and you can return it through them I would rather return it to you then have such a terrible rating thank you
