megslu Hi Jane!! I don’t know how else to reach out! I shipped your tank on Wednesday through USPS (they collect from the concierge in my apartment complex). I found out yesterday that the USPS has not picked up packages here in over a week! I retrieved your package and will ship it tomorrow! I truly apologize but has no idea there was a problem until I got noticed that the label was not scanned by USPS. Thanks for your understanding!
