janiesgems @vintage2classic Thanks Lorri for reaching out to me. You’re the first. I’m a newbie posher and it’s taking some time to list and to figure out the Posh Community. I was looking thru your closet and profile and was going to reach out to you, but you beat me to it!! (Part 1)

janiesgems @vintage2classic Your closet is stunning and reminds me of clothes I’ve worn and similar to what I have in my personal closet (not for sale). I’m starting out with emptying my daughters closet and some of my gently used items. I noticed in your profile pics that it looks like you bake Challah. Me too! Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

vintage2classic @janiesgems Hi Jane! I've been working on Poshmark for almost 5 yrs so I know how confusing it can be. Ask questions as you go. Thanks for taking time to look through my closet. I have fun with photos more nowadays. Challah baking is 2nd place to my sourdough but I enjoy both. I've been baking bread for 40 yrs so if you have questions, ask under one of my food pics. My best tip is to use quality ingredients. Do you bake for Shabbat?

janiesgems @vintage2classic I’ll have questions about this new venture!! I’ve started baking Challah for 4 years ago after attending a Challah bake. I bake 5 lbs once a month for Shabbat and I only use High Gluten flour. During the summer months though I go to the bakery!!

vintage2classic @janiesgems 5 pounds is alot but you 'take challah', so special. It freezes well. I add some spelt or whole wheat for added flavor, use honey and a healthy oil.

janiesgems @vintage2classic The challah freezes very well. I use Saran Wrap and place in a plastic bag for freezing. Reheat wrapped in foil and pop in the oven. The 5 lbs last about a month for me. I also belong to a Whatapp group where we have a long list of names who need a recovery. It’s very special.

digitalsandy Jane, As you know, Posh is all about sharing items from your closet 🛍& from the closets of others. Tip:?At bottom R of 'About' page, click 'See all closets.' Touch each Blue 🚾 bar. It changes to white, meaning U are now following someone's closet. Share 5-6 items 👙👠from it. Continue. A large number of Poshers U follow👢will follow 👣U back & share items from YOUR 😀closet.
