roslynshirdel Please know that I would never knowingly disappoint you !! If an item is not authentic .. trust me I did NOT know it ! I get my stuff from a good source and dont know how this could have happened . I take complaints very seriously and will do a complete investigation on your claim . But in the meantime I don’t want you to be unhappy in any way .. I am very reasonable and will always listen to toot grievances.. I am going to contact posh mark customer support to issue you a full refund

roslynshirdel So I want you to know that I already sent a message to customer support asking them how I go About issuing a refund .. since I’ve never had this come up ; I’m not sure how to do it ..so if you could .. is it possible to mail me back the dress .. I’ll include extra $$ on the refund to more then cover the postage ..is that ok ?

roslynshirdel @janesheehan so I can understand why you contacted customer support .. trust me I do .. but I feel you shouldn’t have also contacted me at least to let me know the situation and ask me what I am going to do to fix it .. I am horrified that this happened and I hope you don’t feel this was in any way intentional on my part .. it’s absolutely was not . I reiterate that I stand behind EVERYTHING that I sell and have no problem refunding you
