curvysnacks Hiya! Re: your mug - apologies for not getting back to you earlier, I saw your message after the purchase had already been made. I completely understand about wanting to avoid shipping charges - unfortunately it seems that pm adds the shipping charge to every purchase and there is no way to get around it. I'm also concerned about something breaking in transit. I just saw the mailing label and we don't live that far from one another (I eat at that Congee Queen all the time!)

curvysnacks If it's fine on your end, it would be no problem to drop things off within the next couple of days to make sure things remain unbroken. I can't do too much about the postage cost you've already paid as pm takes that, but what I could do is refund half the shipping - worth it on my end as well as it saves me time and worry about packaging things securely enough to survive postal transit.
