acomfycupoftea @jrousseau66 According to poshmark's community guidelines, the seller has 7 days to ship an order (they recommend shipping within 3 days, but things happen). If the seller hasn't shipped it in 7 days, then poshmark will automatically cancel the order and give you a 100% refund (I can't remember if pm counts weekends or not in how they calculate the number of days)

acomfycupoftea @jrousseau66 If you want to cancel the order now, you can contact pm support (explain that it hasn't shipped yet and you would like to cancel the order). You can do this by going to orders/my purchases and clicking on the order. At the bottom of the page it will say something like

janie_maria Ok. I thought it was 3-5 business days to ship. I really don't wish to have the order cancelled just yet as I really want the item. I guess I will just give it a few more days and hope for the best. Thanks for your help!

acomfycupoftea I have heard of instances where the shipping information hasn't updated and the person receives the order (and the order still says awaiting shipmeng), but that's kind of rare. Mostly (at least from my experience) the tracking information can take 1-2 days to update, especially around Bank holidays

acomfycupoftea Because it has been a number of days and the seller hasn't responded to your messages, that's probably not the case... My guess is that the seller isn't very active and don't check pm/the email connected with their account. I've had a few times when I bought something from someone and they never sent it, so pm refunded me
