iseemeinit Hi Janel! I apologize, I am not Savy on here! I offered you $28 for the Joules boots, but only because I didn’t know how to offer you (the offer you offered me back on 10/13!) Soooo…in order to get the shipping cost down, I had to lower the item cost. Hoping this makes sense? I am happy to pay the $38 with free shipping, if you’d accept it, just don’t know how to do it!😳🤪
