nekochan808 Hello! I purchased the Rothy’s Shale Flats. Can you please ship them with shoe forms or tissue and sticks in them like how they come shipped from Rothy’s to prevent them from shrinking in the heat while in transit? Anything similar will work: tissue, Kleenex, paper towel, plastic bag, etc stuffed in the toebox area and a stick, chopstick, skewer, pen/pencil, etc something ridged to hold the heel in place from slanting inward. janeljewels2020 @nekochan808 I’m glad you let me know, I hadn’t heard that. I would have stuffed them but I wouldn’t have thought to use the pencil trick. Plus I’m in New Hampshire so they might be in transit for awhile. I’ll ship them out today! I would love to see Utah someday, it sounds beautiful!

absmith241 Hi! I purchased a wallet from you and it shows as shipped but appears to have gotten lost in the mail. I checked with Usps and the person filing the claim for the lost item must have the original drop off receipt number. Do you have that so i can file a claim or can you file the claim for the list item? This has never happened before and I’m quite upset they’ve lost the package! 😭
