oforman @janelllly hello again, i shipped the purse out on January 2nd along with my other orders. My other orders have already been delivered, but when i tracked yours, it still says it is at the Florence post office where i dropped it off. I have contacted customer support about this and I will reach back out to you when i find out whats going on!
