pantherella @ksenya_ksenya I’m sorry you are so upset. I am new to this and had already tried to reach out to poshmark to report an issue but nothing has moved with that yet. Then I was asked to make a rating and could not chose any other option as it took me straight to rating. Respectfully i mentioned in the comment only the issue with the clasp. Nothing else.

ksenya_ksenya @pantherella you had a choice to open a case , this is how it happens , you could contact me directly, as I did right now . But you decided to bring do they way you like. I kindly send money back to all the customers who are not happy , giving up on Poshmark fees and do directly return back. Usually , I do not even ask to send me an item back as long as it was with a defect. I mean , there is always a way to solve the problem without any upsetting moves

pantherella @ksenya_ksenya what you’re saying makes no sense. I accepted the order because I received it and it looked good at first glance. After wearing just a couple of hours the clasp kept opening up. That’s a defect. Again not the end of the world. Made a claim and have t heard from them since.

pantherella @ksenya_ksenya the way you are acting now over a rating that can easily be fixed really does show poor customer service. So will gladly take it up with poshmark and leave everything as is. As you said, you had choices to make this right, but you are clearly unwilling to do that.

fashionoam Hi there! I appreciate all your offers on the Yurman Black Diamond Cufflinks in the last two weeks. Please understand these are very expensive cufflinks at $3500 MSRP and poshmark charges 20% commission. I just countered with my absolute break even price of 850. Anything lower and I am losing money and I just can’t do that. Thank you so much and no need to counter if 850 is too high from your perspective.
