dcchickadee Hi Janelle! I’m sorry you were not satisfied with the book bag. Did the package appear to be marred? I’m really confused about your noted condition. I don’t recall any large stains being on the book bag. As a matter of fact, I washed it before I sent it to you. Again, I’m sorry. I would never sell anything with apparent stains without noting it in the description.
