amybjade Hi. I’m sorry that you expected all of the Tiffany gift packaging with the necklace. I asked you if it was a gift specifically for that reason and you said it was for yourself. I have it right in my listing that it’s available if you let me know to include it. I put it on the Tiffany card and in a generic box just so it would be protected during shipping. The chain and the tag are both authentic sterling silver Tiffany pieces.

amybjade Hi. I added some pictures and some explanations on the case that hopefully will explain to you what the difference in the chains are. If you were expecting one that looks like the Elsa Peretti Chain I can see why you might’ve been confused but hopefully you’ll see the explanation with the photos from the Tiffany website and understand the difference.

amybjade Hi. I’m not really sure why you still would like to return this necklace after I showed proof of authenticity of the Tiffany parts of it. I thought that you really love this piece because you’re a nurse. It’s an absolutely gorgeous pendant and the Tiffany tag and chain are both authentic. So can I ask why you still want to return it?
