We can reach out to your buyer in an attempt to confirm or receive a new address. Once this happens we will provide you with a new label at no cost. Another option you have is, we can cancel this sale and relist this item on your behalf for other potential buyers.

Because I issued a complaint I received notice that I need to return them back to you but since you are allowing me to keep them, I’m not sure what to do. Should I wait until Poshmark contacts me again or should I contact Poshmark ?
