phillyfinediva Hello Janene. Boxing up the dress I saw that the cleaner broke the loop on the back of the neck that goes around the button. I scheduled the pick up for USPS I don't want to send without disclosing that. I truly apologize. I was away for the weekend pulled it out this morning. It's still in the plastic from the cleaners when I went to take it out I noticed they put a safety pin there to secure the neckline. Please let me know if you want to cancel or proceed. Again my sincerest apologies.
