littlewing1 @kat_knapp thank you. I hope it fits! I will give to my daughter who is tiny like a 0-2 if not since no return...but I want it for me. The measurements for arms are ok, but across the shoulder to shoulder not so sure. I did not see that measurement. What is your normal size? I hope it fits and is here by Sat so I can use for an event in NYC.
