What kind of rating is 4 stars and "could improve" what does that even mean? You got a great tori burch bag and I even discounted it for you. I shipped it immediately. I'm insulted and invite you to return the bag. Wouldn't want you to have a bag worth 4 stars. You can return the bag and I will give your money back. If you had a closet of your own you might appreciate unthougtful, inconsiderate comments. Ratings are not something that those of us with closets take lightly.

@janvills7 return the bag. I will reimburse you the money you paid and the shipping one way. You just don't get it. You don't give a review due to sour grapes.. you shouldn't have bought it. IT'S NOT A NEW BAG. Return the bag. You should not buy used items as you expect me them to be in new condition. As soon as i get the bag I'll send you the refund.

I know this is not new obviously but this doesn't worth 50$ just so you know. I gave you 4 stars ok? You should appreciate it. My goodness stop barking in my account.
