whitecoatnp Welcome and thank you for your purchase! I will be going to the post office and ship out in AM. It’s a great bag! I loved it but I’m just trying to declutter and let others enjoy the bags I’m not using. I’ll clean it up with some leather cleanser and conditioner then pop in mail tomorrow! Enjoy! 🤗❤️🇺🇸🌺

I was in a hurry that day and switched up your label on the boxes so my other buyer who ordered the Vera Bradley must have received your Dooney & Bourke bag - I had just polished the leather. whitecoatnp Hi there! It’s Alex on the Black Dooney bag. The other buyer has accepted the bag and has not returned it as asked. I’ve been trying to get PM to track down the package but it looks like it was delivered to her and she accepted it while you actually have it. I’m truly very sorry-I was hoping she would be more honest. I’ve asked PM to refund your money and you can return the item to me if you want to. whitecoatnp Hey Miss Janet! Just packed up your box and got it ready to go! I found the original tag from the purse with info about leather & how to clean. I tied it vackbon bag-advantages to being a pack rat! I used a cleanser and moisturizer from Coach I picked up several years ago. There is a small discoloration to back of the Wallet-I hope I told you about it otherwise both wallet and clutch in great condition. I put a penny in each coin purse for good luck! I really appreciate your purchases

whitecoatnp Just wondering what the issue was with the packaging? I believe your purse was wrapped in bubble wrap and the 2 wallets were wrapped up nicely and put inside the purse? Interested to know why?

I had asked for return labels for yourself and me several weeks ago and they have failed to read our emails or respond in a timely fashion.
