I put your necklace and the smallest box possible so it wouldn’t be shaking around as much as sale a lot of these and never had a problem with stones falling out they’re not cheap earrings so I don’t know how it got broken but when it left here it was in perfect shape in a box that I thought for certain but keep them safe even sent you extra

I really wish you would’ve contacted me before you reported me and lowered my score this is happened one time before with on something else are you had to do was ask me or tell me what was wrong and I would have fixed it I even helped you you kept asking for no shit being less are shipping a lesser price I helped you anyway I could and the Item left here in perfect condition everything was new including the extra snaps that I sent you. It’s just a sale there’s a lot and this has never happened

I did everything you asked me to do I even went out and purchased these new earrings just for you with my money I mailed them yesterday and you saw that and now you canceled your order? How am I going to be reimbursed for the stones that I was trying to help you like your order and be satisfied now I am out money. I don’t think it’s fair that we had this long discussion trying to resolve the problem and then when I send you the new earrings you cancel the case?

This makes no sense you should’ve sent this back to me instead of having me run around where I had to borrow the money I’m a cancer patient I have no money that’s why am doing this but I did I borrowed the money to get what you asked for I save the post office receipt where I mailed your new snaps to you yesterday. Why didn’t you cancel before I bought them

I also just saw that the order was canceled and you knew that. You still had me go out and buy these things for you I did my cancer treatment then went and mail them to you after you put in to cancel. So since I mailed those to you Yesterday posh Mark will not be seeing the tracking but I have the tracking myself so I will be expecting you to send me those back. I had to pay to send them to you trying to make you happy and all along u new it was cancelled

I will be sending this info to Poshmark. I didn’t know this was canceled. I sent you pictures of damage product. Your the one in business selling your items.oh and you the one that offered to find other items.

I never meant for this to happen but when accidents do happen I always makesure my customer is satisfied with extra items.I just feel that you should’ve canceled before we started the conversation because last you told me was to get red and blue I went and bought them and then you canceled it or. Someone dead and I feel it’s not fair to me

@jynnafur I am sorry for the cancellation it had to be Poshmark I don’t know how to cancel anything. I am out of town so this hasn’t been my top priority.in the past 30 mins I have read were Poshmark will cancel items if it hasn’t been resolved. I will be contacting them tomorrow..He money was taken out of my account..

Yes they take it out of your account but doesn’t give it to me until I except it.So you really still have your money I’m just out the money that I had to Spend it on the new ItemsIf you want to cancel fine that’s OK if you don’t press contacts posh Mark and tell them what happened this wasn’t my primary focus either I was having radiation but I went out and bought your things anyway.Poshmark says they read them they must not have because we had it
