Hey Janet, while I appreciate that you took the time to rate me, it’s not my fault that your address was wrong. I don’t think it’s fair to rate me 1 Star when I sent the item on time and to the address given from Poshmark. I can’t physically change an address. I would appreciate if you would just delete the rating. I’m very sorry you didn’t get the top.

@janhamlin I’m hoping they can do something. I’ll be in touch to let you know when they respond. I’m really sorry that happened. Maybe go into your settings and make sure your address is correct? I just don’t know how it would have gotten changed. Only you can change it.
