Hi Janet! I just wanted to let you know that your cardigan was accidentally delivered to a lady at another address who bought from me. I literally mailed the items to all incorrect addresses that day… It was a really hectic day..but that’s no excuse. She is putting it in the mail tomorrow at her own expense and I am reimbursing her now. You can leave the pending acceptance open or you can cancel it although you will still be getting your Cardigan. I am truly sorry for the mixup.

@jtmb44 Unfortunately I can’t because she did provide me one and the minute she did they deleted my listing withdrew the funds from my balance and blocked contact. It was someone who buys on a different site. knowing she gave me a tracking number made me know that she also had sent it I just wasn’t quick enough LOL to take a picture of it so I could see where it was. I wish these platforms would quit doing that Because I believe the majority of us are trying to do the right thing and are honest.

@jtmb44 ugh!! I’ve been trying :( I even sent her funds for postage as well. Let me know if this is OK… I am just going to send you a full refund because I, too, now don’t believe she sent the item. I am volunteering today but will be able to check messages at any time so let me know and I will get it together and mail out to you. You have been one of the sweetest if not the sweetest buyer I have ever worked with so I want to just thank you for your kindness.

I can wait longer bc I can’t wear the sweater until fall anyway. But, If you do decide to send a refund, delete any shipping. You overpaid for the shipping compensation. It’s not a large amount. Just give it a couple of weeks . When she gets the top she ordered from my end as well as your shipping money, maybe it will stimulate her to send.

@jtmb44 I hope she will 🤦♀️ I know being as tall as I am when I find something that I think will fit me I get so excited about it I buy from this site as well so I understand I would love to see it shipped out the next day but I know it always can’t and I know mistakes happen. It just makes me feel bad. I’m glad you got the other I want to make sure that anyone who buys from me is treated like I would want to be treated. I’m going to shoot her a message again today
