bfernandez2 @gwen_2003 no worries! the funds were automatically released yesterday so we can't fix this through poshmark anymore 😔 poshmark allows buyers 3 days from delivery to report issues before funds drop. But the woman who got the heels already mailed them back to me, they're out for delivery today so I'll have them to send to you. The only way for us to handle this now is for you to ship those back to me and me send you your heels and cover shipping at post office.

bfernandez2 @gwen_2003 unfortunately, since it's outside of the 3 days poshmark gives to address issues they will not cover the return shipping. we'll both have to purchase shipping at the post office to correct this.

What if I cover shipping for you and send you the shipping label through e m a i l tomorrow? that way you do not have to pay for it and then you can use the label to return the boots and I'll cover shipping to send your heels as well.
