styledbymoods Hello. I am sorry to hear about that. I had offered you a private offer of $200 plus free shipping but there must have been confusion since you sent me an offer and I accepted. As to the inside I had photos of it and it’s flaws and since you’re not happy with it you can always take it in to get the lining taken out or do a diy and give it a little clean. You have already accepted your order and I do not do returns. The bag has a lot of life left and I am sorry you were not satisfied.
