14dogs @dax2006 On a normal purchase they give that option, because we had the issue, which really surprised you or I never heard from them on this issue, then it gives you the accept and rate option, this only gave me the option to close case and it replied payment would be released to seller.

When I went to package it up this morning, I noticed tiny hairs and dust on the microfiber that I cannot remove. I guess that the fabric is highly static so things cling to it, even though I had just washed it. Also, the black shows a couple of small stains. The quality of the item just isn't good enough to sell to you. I'm very sorry that I hadn't noticed this before I listed it. Again, I apologize...
