I hope going overseas/abroad for mission work aligns with His plan but regardless....I trust He will provide a way if it is.

agape_threads @faithful121247 I have recently moved to an isolated area. Lots of solitude these days. I have a very different life now and I feel Him leading me in so many areas that I never imagined. He is always surprising me by placing other believers in my path and that is something I cherish greatly. When are you going to Kenya?? This summer?? I’m SO excited for you and the people waiting for you there!!!

faithful121247 @agape_threads it took 20 years from the first time I heard a missionary’s testimony befor God called me to go on my first trip to Borneo Malaysia. I have a friend who is a mission coordinator there. I went alone and met up with a woman from NC who had been there before. Petrified doesn’t begin to describe how I felt.

faithful121247 I had never traveled out of the country alone but Abba kept assuring me that I was supposed to go. The enemy attacked me from every angle, but I knew that I knew that Borneo was where He wanted me. I learned that God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called. Before I decide to go on a mission trip I pray and ask Abba that it is His will and not my own. I ask him to close the door firmly if it isn’t His will for me to go.

faithful121247 I try not to assume that I know His will before He shows me. I haven’t always done that and he has taught me a few good lessons. I have only just found out that He may be closing the door to me to go to Kenya because of the latest Covid mutation. None the less, even if I’m not meant to go this year I will still be able to lend monetary support for some of their needs.

Because of His grace and mercy on me I have survived a brutal war with the devil throughout my life. He sought to steal my entire life if he could have it.

agape_threads @faithful121247 But God chose me over him and his destructive plan for my life. I danced with him and risked my salvation until He led a single woman to me while I was working at Lowe’s. She invited me to church and I really wanted to know the formula for her peace and joy. She simply led me one Sunday and my life has never been the same. God, the sermon, the church, the preacher and her all came together like a carefully woven masterpiece and I gave my life to Christ.

agape_threads @faithful121247 That was many years ago now but not so many as I have forgotten my life before Him. Not one day goes by that I don’t thank Him for pulling me from the pits. I was desolate, desperate, terrified, lonely and self-destructive. I hurt everyone and anyone who I came in contact with in one way or another. I did not like that Monica. At all. She was a slave to sun and heading for eternal death.

agape_threads @faithful121247 I praise and glorify Him in all that I do and I am working in so many areas to draw closer to Him, to TRUST HIM MORE and to let go of the world and just BE with Him and for Him. I do not believe in coincidences as His handiwork and plan is too perfect for that.

agape_threads @faithful121247 I would love to hear all about it and just how you are doing from time to time. I am an empty nester so no daughter to focus on 24/7. I miss her but know that God simply loans these precious children to us to raise as His children in His Word. My daughter is 20 and knows the Lord today. I couldn’t ask for more. Take good care!! ❤️

faithful121247 @agape_threads Clearly our great Abba has orchestrated our meeting. I believe that we share more in common than our abiding love in our Lord. I too am an empty nester with a 20 year old who loves the Lord. I also have a 28 year old daughter and 25 year old married son. I too have had a long road of regret before finding redemption. But also like you I have been reborn and no trace of the old Janet remains.

faithful121247 In God’s divine plan for my life He has allowed me to relate to others who live the carnal life that I clung to for so long. I am able to relate and share with them how my old life was not living but merely existing day to day. Showing others that God’s forgiveness, grace, and mercy includes them no matter what they have done. I would love to keep up with you and maybe even be prayer partners. teridrage I love your call name, Would the 1212 be a birthdate for someone?, that was my precious former Father in law’s. You do have a lovely 😊 family and are Indeed very blessed. I pray blessings for all of you and your ministry. I was homeless and had a substance addiction until the kindness of others and 13 months in a Christian program in January I’ll be 34 years clean and includes my soul. So never stop what you are doing it does matter, even a bar of soap or a clean change of clothes.

faithful121247 Through selling on PM in August was was able to travel to Kenya to help the people of a poor village. I was able to share the gospel in the neighborhoods and held a conference for some of the women. I was able to purchase food, mosquito nets, and Bibles among other much needed supplies. I’m hoping to double my efforts in 2022. I pray that you continue to flourish and that you are blessed in the new year 🙏😊

I live in Gilbert AZ but my son and daughter-in-law live in Portland OR. We have thought about buying a summer place there or in Washington State to escape the heat here in the summer. It’s great in AZ for about 9 months a year but the other three are just too hot. But I guess you wouldn’t mind a little heat there in Wash right now 🤣

I’m not sure how they got my old HI address since I haven’t lived there in 9 years and I’ve only been on PM for 2. Anyway it looks like the belt is headed back to you. I’m still waiting to se how PM will handle it and will let you know as soon as I do.

faithful121247 I am a bit aggravated with PM. They cancelled and refunded the sale and tried to say that the address mistake is on my end. They didn’t even read my email. I know it’s their issue because when I sell something the mailing label has my correct return address. I replied to their email and asked them to be more thorough. Don’t realist the belt until I get everything corrected and then I can purchase it again.
