sydney0113 Hi Janet! You recently bought a Vera Bradley Bag from me and I wanted to give you an update on the shipment. The bag was packaged and dropped off at the post office on Thursday. They have not scanned it in for shipment and I tried to call to see what had happened but calling was no use. I am going to the post office today to try and figure out what is taking so long! I’m so sorry about the delay but I will get it to you asap!! Thank you for your patience, I will update you once I know more!!

sydney0113 @janetcoleman535 They said that shipping is just taking a long time. If there was an issue it would have been returned to me so they told me just to wait a few more days. They weren’t super helpful but there shouldn’t be any issues.

sparklingseas @sydney0113 can you get the tracking number from the shipping label that you printed through your email or downloaded on here and try to track it manually through usps?

I hope you do receive the package because it is no longer in my possession so it must be somewhere in the postal service system and that they get it figured out soon. I reached out to Poshmark to see how to handle the situation. I really appreciate your patience, I will do everything in my power to figure this out and get you your item, I’m so sorry for all this hassle!
