I called U.S.P.S. to confirm if the tracking information is accurate on their site. Automated system confirms that your package is going through the system. It was picked up and left our facility on August 19, 2020.

Hopefully this will fix the tracking here. My sincerest apologies Janet. Your package is tracking and will arrive. It usually takes approximately 5-6 days from Hawaii. Have a great weekend Janet.
