musk0010 @jsteineyegal I reached out to Poshmark again and they said in order to issue a refund you as the buyer need to reach out to them. Is that something you are able to do?

jsteineyegal @musk0010 I tried. They sent me an email with all these steps to go through which I was doing and then it wouldn’t allow me to go any further unfortunately.

musk0010 @jsteineyegal I reached out to them again yesterday but all I get is that you have to report the item. I’m sorry but I don’t know if there is much more I can do from my end. Were you able to get the claim to go through?
