janetofevents @helmur12 I want to offer free shipping for all my items but I’ve tried to choose that option many times but it doesn’t seem to save it. When I go back into the item the shipping cost still is displayed as full price of $9.99? How can I change it to free shipping?

helmur12 @janetofevents Hi 👋🏼 When posting item for sale, put list price and then where is says shipping ‘optional’, press it and put ‘FREE’. Then press top right ‘APPLY’. That should adjust to free shipping. Let me know how it goes. Cheers! Helen 😀

janetofevents @helmur12 That is exactly what I did, I chose ‘FREE’ for delivery option & pressed apply. The listing even shows that it’s been updated a few seconds ago but when I go back to the listing, the delivery is still showing as $9.99 full price? Maybe it shows from the buyers side? Can you see if any of my listing has free delivery? Also if it goes to free shipping, my total earning should come down to $45 on a $69 price, but after I go back in the total earning is back to $55 again.

janetofevents @helmur12 Also when I go to search items, I put in the brand name & the type of item but I don’t see my item? Am I able to search & see my own items? Can you check if my Kookai wool coat is listed? Thanks

helmur12 @janetofevents If you don’t find your brand listed. That’s ok because you can add your own. The line directly under your typing of your brand. Press on the name you typed and it will add it. It’s a bit hard to explain but I hope I helped.

helmur12 @janetofevents Hi 👋🏼 I ask Poshmark support for some guidance to help you. They have suggested you contact them directly. Go to your content list and go to support. Then you can email them. They are really helpful and have a way of explaining it better than me. Cheers!! Helen 😊

helmur12 @janetofevents Hi 👋🏼 I just tagged you onto a advertisement in my closet. These are screenshots form the original post from Poshmark. The discount to $4.95 is done automatically by Poshmark. Someone bought an item from me and I didn’t actually see the discount. I think it only comes through for the buyer. The discount doesn’t apply via the ‘make an offer’ section. Only if they buy direct or via bundle I think. Hope all this helps Helen x

janetofevents @helmur12 Hi, I made my 1st sale & it took really long for the delivery & it got delivered 3 days ago, but my funds is still not redeemable. I thought it should only take up to 3 days to be able to redeem? How long does it usually take? Thank you for answering all my questions:)
