I️ went in and told them and they said everything was shipped out and that it could’ve been put on th wrong truck and that’s why it wasn’t scanned. Just keep an eye out for it

But anyway, As much as I do want to request for my refund, i still can’t because I still have to wait for the item to arrive and delivered to me before I can contact posh about it and we both know that.
