thethriftyash @janettdar2 I am so sorry but I did not send out your sweater. I think I may have put your label on another order by accident. It’s two j.crew tops. Can’t believe I did that as I’m looking at your sweater now. I’m going to email Poshmark, they should be emailing you a label to put on top of the one you will receive and you can just give it to your mailman or drop it off after post office. Again, I am so sorry. I’m going to see if I can still use the label I have to send you your sweater.

thethriftyash I was not able to do this as you never opened a claim. I still have your sweater and you have the wrong items. You need to file a claim and are not allowed to keep them as they are someone else’s. Please open a case/claim. I have you instructions on the listing

I notified you twice and I never heard from you. It has nothing to do with the money. I thought someone who has been on Poshmark for five years would really know how the POSH ETIQUETTE works.
