I am sorry to hear about the issue with the clasp on your J. Crew necklace. Please know that I posted a response with Posh on the case saying I would accept the return.

I did not experience an issue with the clasp. But it is a piece with substantial weight. So if the clasp is giving you grief, then that's an issue. Please accept my apologies, and know that returning the necklace is fine by me.

Hi, got the jeans back; thank you for packing so nicely! Don't know if I need to do anything on my end so you're refunded, but I don't think so. And duh, they are indeed blue. Could have sworn they were black, but no worries. Sorry for the confusion on the color!

@gingersuechandl I'm sorry but I don't understand what you are telling me to do. One other time I had someone to ship the wrong item and I simply mailed it back and once she received it, she sent the correct one. If it's OK with you we'll just forget about the sale. Thanks!
