kimhall2007 Hi! Thank you for trying to purchase the Sheepers as I was editing the size! If you are still interested they are still available. You need to size down because they mold to your feet. So if you have a wider foot size 10 or wear 10.5, or 11 they are marvelous. I have mine on right now and my feet are no longer ice cubes. 🥰

kimhall2007 @keene7 yes! They will be too big. I did have the smaller sizes but I am sold out! There was a rush on them! At first I thought they were really uncomfortable but then I read the directions and broke them in! Now I don’t want to take them off. I’ll reach out if I get some more. Best, Kim

ellenkriskovich Hi Janice...please let me know if you get this message...I couldn’t respond to your message on the cabi top. I am so sorry it didn’t fit...I am a very conscious seller and do not purposely mislead. If Items are altered I note that in the description. Although I believe that was not the case in this situation I do not know that for sure until I look at it again. I want my buyers happy and will definitely refund this purchase. I will look into how I do the refund as I am not sure.

keene7 @ellenkriskovich that page tells me if it’s been over 72 hours since I received the blouse Poshmark considers the sale complete and final. Can we work out something? I don’t want to leave you a bad rating, but honestly this mistake was I your end. If you refund the price ( no shipping charges) I will pass the blouse on to someone else and change your rating back to 5 stars?

As part of our process, we will need to have the buyer reach out to our support team from their account. From there, we will can with the buyer towards a solution. We hope this clarifies things for you! My suggestion is send an email through the support and let them know we have mutually agreed on the return.

Once they cancel the order I was not able to give you a 5 star rating, but the other rating was also removed so I hope all is good! I hope to do business with you again!
