janicedrew I emailed Poshmark when my mailroom delivered the box yesterday. I think this bag is not new, but gently used--crumbs + dust inside both main section + zip compartment. Satin bag it came in is all stained. Purchased this bag thinking it was new w/o tags-doesn’t appear that is the case. I could have bought two different gently used ones on ebay for $160 per bag but I paid more for new.

jerigallup @janicedrew the bag was brand new I purchased this bag less than a month before I posted it for sale and never used it. The cross body straps were still attached by the store when it was shipped out. They weren't connected to the purse correctly as it was a security measure Coach used to ensure it wasn't removed from the purse. I assure you it would have looked absurd carrying it like that. I'm sorry you feel that you received a used bag but know that I never used the purse.
