jarjenllc @jjwear Hi there! I am sorry your items arrived later than expected. Due to current events the post office is slower than usual. We did check with Poshmark and spoke to employees at the Post Office to ensure the packages were not lost and were just delayed. I am unsure what you meant but "did not respond to messages". We did not receive any messages from you. If you contacted Poshmark, we have nothing to do with that or their responsiveness. Anyway, hope you enjoy your new items!

jjwear @jarjenllc I sent two messages to you and poshmark don't know why you didn't receive them. I want to know why I didn't get a tracking number and I think the two items should have been mailed together. I paid an extra 7 plus dollars shipping when I shouldn't have had to, not good business. You mailed them separate and I didn't get a tracking number on either one of them but yet posh new when they were delivered something's not right there.

jarjenllc @jjwear When items are purchased separately, we are obligated to ship them separately per Poshmark in order for us to receive payment for the items. In the future I suggest using the bundle feature and then purchasing in order to pay one shipping fee. Poshmark provides tracking numbers to you when we ship the items. We never received any messages from you. I suggest you refresh yourself on how Poshmark works via the FAQ's. They are very helpful.
