janettescloset1 Hi there, mr again. I wanted to ket you know that after packaging up your crossbody, I realized I didnt place the tags back so instead of unwrapping everything, I placed tags in an envelope and put them on top of the bag. Just incase you were wondering why they were seperate. I removed the tags when I wiped down the bag with some leather cleaner then forgot to put them back in.
