Hello! Just got your message. I’m sorry that the headband was broken in shipping. I would’ve reached out to let you know that it was broken before agreeing to ship. Also, Poshmark told me last year that it would be $20 addi’l to ship the wings because of size. That’s why the description said “wings not included”. I didn’t realize I hadn’t removed the picture. I’m sorry it didn’t work out. I tried to ship it fast in case you needed it for Halloween. Hope you are able to find something else.
