janiceschaal @1queenemmalani Hi! It it very pretty. I can’t wait to wear it at the resort. Unfortunately the item is torn at the seam on the outer left leg of the underlying shorts. I haven’t busted out my sewing machine yet to see if it can fix it or not

1queenemmalani Janice, I am so shocked & upset 2 hear this. The romper was a boutique item and had never been taken out of the bag until I ironed it & photographed it. Then I sanitize & steam the item & place it n an individual sealed bag 2 keep it as safe & germ free as possible. I am a PM Ambassador with 5star rating & would never sell u something I knew was damaged or try to defraud you.

janiceschaal @1queenemmalani I understand. It’s an older item so things happen. Luckily I’m kinda handy with a sew machine so I’m going to try to repair it. Hopefully it works I’m leaving Friday.

1queenemmalani I believe n good customer service. As a gesture of my good faith, I would like to offer u the opportunity to choose another item from my closet & I will pay 4 the shipping & lower the price to PM's minimum which I think is either $3 or $5 & u also keep the romper n hopes that either u or a seamstress can repair it. I agree, it is a great resort piece & I'm so sorry it arrived to u n that condition.

I appreciate u telling me about the issue & wish I had known sooner because you had only until July 16 to let me know so I could have refunded your money. janiceschaal @1queenemmalani don’t worry yourself. I’ll take a look at your closet and I’ll let you know. The rip is actually on the seam, so I just need to come up with some sort of backing that will work. It’s actually a really long rip though, and some of the fabric is unrepairable, but like I said the repair will mean I need to add fabric, so I’ll try and figure it out. I’m not a Karen.. I’m not going to leave a bad review or anything.

1queenemmalani I am glad ur handy with a sewing machine & I hope u can repair it. I do not purchase many Boutique items because I never know the quality until you receive it. Even though I leave Friday I would still like to give u another item as a gesture of my good faith & to make things right by u. It really does upset me that an item I sold arrived to you in that condition.

janiceschaal @1queenemmalani I really like the yellow shirt off the shoulder, but I don’t think it’ll fit me. Sometimes a medium fits sometimes it doesn’t… how about the pink Pom Pom earrings?

1queenemmalani I just want you to be happy and have a great vacation. I can't believe I took photos of the garment on the mannequin and I always inspect for stains and flaws and I didn't see what you described. I didn't see anything or I would have never listed it. I am so sorry.

janiceschaal @1queenemmalani thank you. I just looked at the photos again and you can’t tell in the photos. Especially since it’s on a mannequin… because it’s the seam that’s ripped, it’s not until an actual human leg goes into the shorts that you can notice it especially with the skirt overlay. I think I’ll be able to fix it for like $3 with some seam tape. I’m afraid to sew it I think it would just rip again. I might place some seam tape on the other side to keep it symmetrical and also reinforce it.

1queenemmalani The yellow top is elasticized at the top so it stretches from 18"-22". The elastic waistband stretches from 12"-17" so measure from side to side to see if it will fit. I can bundle the shirt and the earrings and I'll pay the shipping but you would have to pay $3 which is the minimum PM requires so they can get their $2.95 selling fee!!

janiceschaal @1queenemmalani don’t worry yourself. If you need to go to sleep, go to sleep. They get here by Friday or they don’t. No big deal, hon. Get your ride fixed. I have some stuff I’m thinking of sending you so you can sell it. I have tried, but I am more of a purchaser than a buyer and it’s taking up space in my house. I’ve got Guess bags, Ugg boots…You can sell them and if they sit around any longer at my house, I’m eventually going to have to throw them out or give them away. Let me know.

1queenemmalani I just ended up staying up all night cuz if I go to bed & sleep 2hrs & have to get up I feel even worse. And evidentiary I needed to stay up cuz I haven't stopped doing things & I can find another 20 things I need to get done. I got 4 orders y'day so after my car is serviced I'm heading straight to the PO. And don't u worry about anything. Your package WILL be there tomorrow or first thing Friday morning.

1queenemmalani You're right. I do sell a lot on PM & I crosslist on a couple of niche sites. I've had lots of ppl give up on PM for a lot of reasons & ask me to mentor them or they say "Here, just sell it throw it away"... lol. I'm n the top 10% of sellers, top 10% of sharers, a Posh Ambassador and I have a 5star rating. But I don't take that 4 granted anymore cuz u could have written some true stuff about what I received & I woulda looked like a scammer of a fraud. But I handled it so calmly & adult like.

1queenemmalani It's so funny cuz I had this weird feeling cuz I had r'cvd ur package but didn't rate me & that's unusual. So I had a nagging feeling something was wrong but the time 4 u 2 report it 2 PM had expired so I contacted u myself & I'm glad I did. I try to grow my business by giving good customer service from the time they purchase til it reaches their door.

1queenemmalani I would b more than happy 2 look at ur items & give u an honest opinion of what will & will not sell. I'm not always right cuz when I listed the yellow shirt ur getting I loved it & thought it would sell quickly but it's been listed about 2mo. Also, if u have higher ticket items I will act as a consigner so that u get a % of the profit. Get some sleep. I'll text u later when it's nighttime n CA.
