nancyolliver Janie, would you please check the conversation thread on the item? Poshmark explains how you can get a refund. Again I am sincerely sorry for your inconvenience. Please keep the shoes and resell them or gift them to someone that would love them. I know you must have been excited about them because they really are gorgeous.
