queensjewels I have not shipped the ugg bag yet because it must have been stored by something that left a few small marks on the back. I have tried to clean it but haven’t had any luck. I understand if you don’t want to buy it now. It was new when I put it in the closet. I’m so sorry. Just let me know what you would like me to do. It really isn’t very noticeable but I would feel bad if you weren’t happy with it.
