I will improve on my descriptions, however I do want to assure you that I purchased that and only time it was worn was trying it on originally and it has been only hanging in my closet since purchase. I take pride in my customers having a positive experience, so I truly apologize that this was not your experience.

jms60_mpls @samchamp9 No worries, as a new Posher I realize now I need to ask questions before making a purchase. I am very familiar with LulaRoe but I never had a chance to own the Mimi so I was excited to have this chance to purchase one. I love it!

rdebruhl Hello, I am happy to see you received your order from me. I apologize your expectation was not met. I am not sure how I can improve on the ship time - I accepted your offer May 13th at 9:24pm and shipped the package May 14th at 12:20pm. The shoes were brand new and in original box with dust bag and sent to you in a priority box with a note. I’ll try and do better 🤦‍♀️

jms60_mpls @rdebruhl I own the black version of these shoes from many years ago, so I know how long ago they were available in the department stores. Unfortunately one heel showed some scuffs and they appear to have been tried on several times so I guess I wouldn't consider them "brand new" but the price is right so I am pleased. Thank you!
