redred58 @janine_farlow You purchased the Kenneth Cole coat from me and it was missing a belt loup!! and for that you gave me 2 stars how unkind those ratings are important!!it was a brand new coat that you got for 25.00 that was a great deal, belt loup or not, how rude is that!!!and offered you anything in my closet to change the rating. its ok I have hundreds of happy love note from customers!! There is always going to ungrateful people in the world!!
