rosierooter @janineciobanita I may have to cancel this order the shipping is 78.35. The China weighs 55 pounds without the coffee cups and saucers. Poshmark only considers 10 pounds.Do you have any suggesting?

rosierooter @janineciobanita 10567 still trying to configure smaller boxes. I just wanted you to be informed because I'm a fast shipper. Business deliveries are cheaper with ups or FedEx. Looking at outside options and breaking down box sizes.

janineciobanita Hi there, just got first box with the big plates. Beautiful! I fall in love with this china couple of weeks ago in a thrift store, unfortunately it was a incomplete set for four. That’s how I came across this set, start looking for it everywhere! As soon as I get all the boxes I will release founds. Thank you!!

janineciobanita @rosierooter I just received one more box today And I have 3 tea cups broken, the big platter on the bottom is broken, 2 salad plates broken, 1 soup bowl broken and 3 chipped also the coffee creamer is broker. I don’t know how to feel about this but I think it was poorly packed. This box had no padding on the bottom or top like the first box that I received and everything is in good shape. I don’t even know what to expect in the second box.

rosierooter @janineciobanita I'm so sorry. I packed it good. I'm not sure what recourse to take possibly with ups. I'll reach out to them. My cost for shipping was 70.00 for all 3 boxes. The set is very very old like 60 to 70 years. I'm very disappointed.

janineciobanita @rosierooter first box had foam padding on the bottom and top, this one did not have it , I think that’s what made the difference. I am expecting more broken in the next box if it was packed the same way. I don’t know how are we going to handle this matter .

rosierooter @janineciobanita The dishes weighed 20lbs. The other pieces lighter and the foam should have been sufficient. I understand your upset and I'm sorry. I can't control the shipping unless I flew it there myself. Let's see what tomorrow looks like. I'm selling a long time and shipping along time.

rosierooter @janineciobanita Please save everything I believe this may qualify for a claim from ups. Please contact them. The package was packed good. This should be up to 100.00. Save the box. Take pictures and tracking number. Please let me know what happens.

janineciobanita I just read on their website for a lost package the receiver should file the claim, if it’s a damaged package the sender should file the claim for a full refund.

janineciobanita I contacted Poshmark as well, they requested pictures. They also said I can return it and get a full refund. I don’t want to do that. I hope the 3rd box is not as bad and also I filed a claim with UPS and hopefully that will help .

janineciobanita I just got the 3rd box, everything looks good. I don’t know how long typically takes for UPS to answer my claim. I would like to keep the china, I don’t want to return it. It will be great if UPS can reimburse us anything at this point so I can have some closure for the broken ones.
