janiran @ardwyer12 Hello. Thanks for reaching out. I did not ship it. Received email saying the payment would not be released and you would be returning the item. I reached out to Poshmark Customer Service about this and they replied with case approved for return. Sorry after they closed the case I didn’t know ho to contact you and customer service just said item would be returned. If you could help me clear it up I’d love to ship the part to you and provide tracking.

janiran @ardwyer12 Hello again, I just wanted to let you know that Poshmark Customer Service reached out to me. They provided a label to get the attachment to you. I had to contact them to redo the label as it was addressed from you to me. However once i get the updated shipping label from them the diffuser will be in the mail. I will make sure to update you once it ships and confirm you have tracking.

janiran @ardwyer12 I’m so sorry you had this issue. If I remember correctly you got an amazing deal on an item that was in perfect condition and I forwarded the diffuser as soon as you brought it to my attention. Have you by chance contacted T3 customer service? They have amazing customer service and the warranty on the item would still be applicable as it’s 24 months. A claim can be made as long as the serial number is intact. Visit www.t3micro.com
