janis_joplin looking for vintage ladies gloves, not leather, but nylon, cotton, or other softer materials to sew onto sweaters and retro style cardigans and to embellish other upcycled creations. whites and off whites are good but colors like lavendar pink yellow and blue/greens are my favorites. also looking for doilies and embroidered things to sew onto upcycled hand sewn garments. all colors. pastels preferred

janis_joplin my other half lives on the dark side and loves all things black and witchy. she likes crystals and stones wrapped in wire or crocheted lace and little charm bags and tattered lacey feathers and leather. Stevie Nicks and swamp witch Misty Day from AHS "Coven" (also Myrtle Snow.) very much a gypsy, very into using old castoffs to make new treasures...sister to the shabby chiclet.
