jm0nline @jannabel I just ordered an item from you and am also located in Bklyn. Would it be possible to have it delivered or could I pick it up somewhere before Friday Sept 17? It's an anniversary gift.

jannabel @jm0nline Hi, Jonathan! I’m sure we can make it happen. I am on my way back from a vacation:) I’ll be back in Bklyn in the AM. So getting the wallet to you before Friday is not a problem. We just need to figure out the logistics of the purchase - if the money get released into my account tomorrow, I’ll be happy to get the wallet to you. You should contact Poshmark in the AM, or I will when I get home. Either way, thank you for your purchase & let’s make it happen :)

jannabel @jm0nline Thursday will work just fine. Let’s see what their Customer Service suggests - since the buyer is supposed to ship using Poshmark’s label with a specific tracking number that must be verified by USPS 🧐

jm0nline @jannabel I just called the number and apparently they don't have phone support so I sent them (another) email. One option would be to just send a blank (e.g. the box that it came in?) so that it registers and we can do the exchange in person. Worst case you just send the product and I will let my wife know that something is on the way. I'll let you know if I hear from them by this afternoon..

jannabel @jm0nline sounds doable. If we don’t hear from Poshmark by tomorrow, I’ll just mail a box and give you the wallet so you won’t miss your anniversary:) You will have to come to Brighton Beach / Ocean Parkway to pick it up!

jm0nline @jannabel Hi Janna. So I just heard from their customer support and they ended up sending me a generic email about how the shipment process works and what I can do if I wanted a refund. Clearly they didn't read my email! If I can pick up tomorrow that would be great. Just let me know where and what time (after 10AM works best as it will take me about an hour to get there via G then F). Does this work with you ?
