amm8511 @serenityff good afternoon! I wanted to let you know I put in a request with USPS to have them look into it. I tend to think the drop box items should have been picked up and scanned since it's been over a week, but they're claiming it may be due to being bogged down with Covid deliveries. Hopefully they'll find and scan it soon. Thanks for your patience.
