salsarn @ambertrisann Thanks, Kathie! I appreciate your reaching out. Poshmark does make things super easy, but I do have a question. I have had a couple of potential buyers reach out to me asking me to e-mail or text them with additional information. Is this legitimate or even a good idea? Am I just being too suspicious, or have I had to take one too many cyber security trainings at work. Thank you!

ambertrisann @salsarn LOL Hey Janna 😊 Email as well as texting goes against Poshmarks policy. If a customer wants additional information, they can comment underneath the item. You can prevent this from happening by creating clear pictures and listings. Remember to disclose any problems, such as....pilling, missing buttons, etc.... salsarn @ambertrisann thanks! That was my understanding too so I did not e-mail or text and offered to answer questions or post more photos. It seemed kind of like a scam because there were multiple spelling and grammatical errors.
